The Hampstead kitchen hosted its first Mezze master class event in the beautiful backdrop settings of little Venice, it was a great hance for guests to gain an expert insight in to how Mezze is prepared and presented.

Guests were warmly welcomed with a greeting and handed Aromatic cocktails flavoured with Rose Petals and Pomegranate.

As the guests returned to the kitchen, the gathering consisted of Saima our founder introducing a number of dishes prepared from scratch allowing the guests to grasp what it requires to create Mezze.

Pankar Ezmesi, consisting of Roasted Beetroot with Garlic, lemon and Turkish yoghurt.

Zhug, a beautiful blend of chargrilled peppers with fresh lime, sea salt and coriander.

Booraniyeh Esfenaj, our signature magic dip, with Creamy Greek yoghurt, sautéed spinach, caramelised onions, cumin and finally dusted with rose petals
