Our expansion will be marked by a feature in the March issue, of “ Norfolk Magazine” formally introducing our services & story to the Norfolk community. While continuing to serve our loyal London clientele, we're launching three distinctive ventures and have more creative ventures in the pipeline

Private Members' Dining Club: An intimate alternative to London's members' clubs, hosting curated dinners that celebrate diverse heritages and regional cuisines in our private Norfolk space and even in the Chefs kitchen herself.

Cookery School - Intimate sessions teaching our signature dishes, menu curations, and the art of styling our signature feasting table design.

Local Collaborations Partnering with Norfolk's finest: from local producers to wine merchants - for themed supper clubs, alongside unique London collaborations, including a bespoke jewelry and culinary pairing dinner. Those who can afford it will fly by private jet and with this increasing demand we are partnering up with local vineyards and villas to offer unique one-off, curated private dining experiences in a safe and responsible way.The world’s largest aircraft charter broker has seen a 93% rise in new client enquiries. First time customers are only set to rise this summer. This is fast becoming the ‘new normal’ way of travel for those who want something unique and curated around their needs to make this a truly memorable experience.

Micro Weddings - 2020

The micro wedding movement that emerged during the pandemic has evolved into a trend that has lasted - intimate celebrations where food takes center stage. With focused guest lists, couples can invest in exceptional culinary experiences, unbound by traditional venue constraints.

Whether in private communal gardens or homes, our joyous style celebrates abundant sharing feasts that flow throughout the day, from Mediterranean and Persian mezze to Nordic platters. Social Bubbling - 2020 - 2021

Social Bubbling - Spring 2020 to Autumn 2021. When the pandemic hit, we demonstrated our agility by creating a concept called "Social Bubbling" a dining solution that kept our clients connected while adhering to government guidelines. This was a niche home dining concept catering to clients looking for something luxurious, bespoke and memorable. Mainly for locals in Hampstead and neighboring areas locals, but soon extended to central London and outside of London to Scotland, Somerset & Norfolk.

Whilst many high-end restaurants offered luxury delivery services and DIY home kits, most still required some form of prepping, reheating, plating up and the onus was on the client to create the ambiance too. We stood out by a mile and were the only company delivering food with beautiful ceramics, cutlery, plates and table lines all ready to adorn your dining table. From arranging a piano for two in the garden with an opera singer to zoom party where we delivered the same food to a family of 30 in and around London.

We came up with fun and unusual ways to bring people together over the sharing of food. We took away all the stress and helped clients to make sense of the government guidelines. Taking care of everything leaving our clients to simply relax and enjoy the evening safely but still make it memorable.
