The food was outstanding, and was beautifully enhanced by your stylish and creative deli- counter presentation. On top of that I felt you curated the event so beautifully. Your timing was impeccable and several of my guests commented on how helpful you were with their dietary requirements. Highlights for me were the roast carrot hummus, Persian rice, chicken and pavlovas but absolutely everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, presented appetisingly and truly delicious. You also made the organising process before the event really easy with great communication and clever suggestions.The Hampstead Kitchen will now be our first choice caterers for any events we host.

If you are looking to host a special occasion in the most intimate way at home, I can't think of anyone better to do that than Saima at The Hampstead Kitchen. Through word of mouth, we first asked Saima to cater for an important birthday for 30 people at home and because that was such a hit, we chose her to cater our micro wedding, for 15 people, at home. It's really vital to have somebody you trust to take care of you and Saima knows how to make an event incredibly special, but also super safe and remarkably easy. She basically takes care of everything and is therefore a total blessing for anyone considering this kind of catered occasion.

We could not thank Saima more for letting us be the first couple to Social Bubble. Initially, I reached out in February to help cater a meal for a proposal dinner but lockdown intervened. She was really accommodative in planning the surprise event, from designing the menu to last-minute timing adjustments. Thankfully, the rescheduled lockdown proposal went down perfectly, with the visit of the private chef topping the evening off. Saima helped us complete a memorable evening with a colourful and delicious Persian mezze platter. We will definitely be booking again in the future and encouraging others to, so that we can sample the food again.

Everything went very well. We were all delighted with the food, presentation and service. Your staff were extremely helpful in many ways all through the evening, and left the kitchen spotless. Saima and team produced a Persian Mezze Banquet for my birthday party . The smoked baby chicken with saffron & toasted almonds was delicious as was the slow cooked lamb in garlic and mint was a real crowd pleaser but the star of the show was the pan roasted sea bass (cooked to order ! no mean feat given we had 60+ people.

I contacted The Hampstead Kitchen a few weeks ago hoping to have a private dinner for our family for my wife’s birthday. We were not disappointed and the dinner has continued as we are enjoying the left-overs this week, albeit without the wonderful chef.

Saima prepared a tailored menu for the evening, even providing a few extras for our young child. In all honesty, my wife was a little sceptical about having a ‘group’ in our kitchen, but to my surprise Saima herself came and took care of everything for the evening. From preparing the fresh, delicious food, to setting and serving, as well as cleaning up, she provided a memorable evening for the whole family. Even our son joined in as her ‘sous’ chef, which provided my wife and I with some rare time to sit and enjoy an evening prior to dinner. All of the food was great and the taste and quantity was superb. In the end, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening.

It was nice to find a local chef with a unique variety of local food sources and I am eager to ‘find’ an occasion to call on the Hampstead Kitchen to provide another surreal evening.

The food was wonderfully tasty, ideal for a foodie crowd or anyone who likes interestingly spiced and varied dishes. It was the whole experience though, including the two team members who somehow integrated themselves seamlessly and with real attentiveness to the guests. Our Thanksgiving dinner was a dream. Saima accommodated our dietary needs and designed a lovely menu for our group of vegetarians and pescatarians. On the day, she breezed in and found her way around our kitchen effortlessly. She was organized and took care of every detail while being warm, engaging and friendly. She even managed to entertain our 3- and 5-year-old children by employing them as her sous chefs. They were so excited to learn about Persian cuisine, taste pomegranate seeds, sniff spices and rustle dried rose petals between their little fingers. The meal itself was a delectable feast from start to finish. The dishes were surprising, delightful and bold in color and taste. Saima walked us through each course explaining the ingredients and origins of the dishes. It was the perfect change from the typical Thanksgiving dinners to which we've grown accustomed. Overall, the service was professional and extremely personable. Our evening with Saima was more than a meal, it was an experience!

I want to thank you for making my 70th birthday so special. I knew Neil had a surprise planned but I thought I was joining the extended family for lunch some where. In the event what happened was so much better and much more special. The food was stunning. I have never seen my grandchildren eat so much and they are now demanding lamb cooked in the same way again as soon as possible. One of them has now firmly turned her back on five years of vegetarianism.

I find it difficult to say which of the dishes I enjoyed most. I delight in subtly flavoured food and every dish delivered. I also enjoy food that is beautifully presented and you provided a wonderful feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. As a result of popular demand I think I might before too long make an attempt to cook the lamb and the Booraniyeh Esfenaj. I hope I can manage at least an approximation of what you produced.

Thank you as well for the manner in which you and your colleague managed the whole event. Your warmth and friendliness, as well as your efficiency were a great addition to the occasion.

Neil and I enjoyed a second lengthy and leisurely feast of the leftovers on Monday when we had something else to celebrate. So thank you again Saima for a very special event. Needless to say I will be recommending Hampstead Kitchen to everyone.

Saima and The Hampstead Kitchen did more than just 'cater' for our wedding, they made a truly spectacular contribution to the most memorable day of our lives. We honestly cannot rate Saima and the team at The Hampstead Kitchen highly enough! Saima was absolutely wonderful right from the start, with ideas and suggestions on how we could make our wedding day personal and special, proposing a truly delicious menu, navigating logistics and how to get the most out of our budget to name but a few.

The food was amazing - unpretentious delicious food with style that brought together people from all walks of life! Never have I been to a wedding where almost every guest mentioned how much they loved the food. The guests are still raving about it! I had a second serving despite wearing a tight wedding dress - which Saima was more than happy to oblige.

The service was seamless and was completely in the style of our wedding. The team were flexible, thought on their feet whatever the weather or set up brought. The set up of the bar outside was wonderful! Organising the catering was the least stressful part of our wedding and Saima's attitude was 'we can handle anything'.

Saima, thank you for everything, from the bottom of our hearts. Thoughtful as ever - even to send out a good luck text on our wedding day! We've been collecting clippings from magazines that you have been appearing which will go into a wedding keepsakes box. We are very proud that you were happy to provide us with your support and services.

I had not sampled Saima’s food but just heard about it from friends at work. At the time I was looking for a private chef that would do middle eastern home cooked food for a weekend trip in Monaco with friends. I left all the details to Saima to organise, but added I wanted a huge feast on the last day.

She asked a few questions and took care of the rest. The variety, the presentation, the taste and timeliness of all meals was duly noted by all my guests. There was something for people who were on non carb diets, vegetarian and for the pure meat eaters. Cooking for 20 people 3 times a day for 3 days was quite a task, but Saima did this with such ease and comfort, she was a joy to have a around and very flexible. We now use her for both our private & business events.

Thank you for the most special evening. Your food was truly delicious and your stories equally inspiring. From the incredible lamb to the Obama dip it was a real treat! We all left with our stomachs much heavier but our pockets slightly lighter in aid of Serena and UNICEF's great initiative.

All in all, a really great evening and we hope to do something similar in the near future.

I engaged Saima / The Hampstead Kitchen for a very special Summer garden party with family and friends. Having worked in hospitality for more than 20 years, I’m very particular when it comes to entertaining.

Saima and I brainstormed my event and she created the perfect solution during our first conversation. They took care of every detail and the love and care they put into my event removed all stress so I could focus on the other elements of the party.

Saima guided me along the way with important things like what time to serve, how to communicate with my guests in advance, the best options for kids and the overall presentation.

On the day of the party, Saima handled everything and I was able to enjoy hosting my guests. The dinner was a beautiful unveiling and the highlight of my party! Saima and her team helped me to host a beautiful and relaxed 40th birthday lunch at home for 32 people and some ravenous kids.
